Monday 18th June 2011

Yippee just been awarded my 2 stone award and my club 10, at last !!!!

I have added Walking to work as well as Zumba, to the diet this is making a big difference and enjoying it.

Not puting pressure on myself, just taking each day as it comes.

Wednesday 18th May 2011

Had a lovely night went to my friend Lenora's for Tea it was delish.

Brakfast - Cereal

Snack - Bacon

Lunch - Cottage cheese and 2 scan bran

Snack - Yogurt

Tea - Chicken chassuer, veg and potatoes, and fresh fruit salad o% yogurt and a drizzle of yogurt.

Nothing interesting today apart from Craft club tonight which I enjoy very much.

Breakfast - Porridge

Lunch - Packet of sliced Ham ( light lunch give my stomach a rest )

So much for starting again.

Work as usual.

Breakfast - Cereal

Mid morning snack - Bacon ( whole pack)

Lunch - Left over homemade curry and boiled rice.

Snack - yogurt

Out for meal as it's Janets birthday. very naughty Starter,Main and Pud
missed weigh in - start again Tomorrow.

Housework day!

Breakfast - Porridge.
Drink pleant of water during the day but nothing to eat as far too busy.

Sat Morning Breakfast - usual - Cheese and potato pie, well done bacon,beans and mushrooms. Yum !!!!

now i do the very naughty thing of nothing else to eat all day, but this seems to work for me- so far!

Evening I quickley make a Chicken curry ( own recipe) free food, and eat before I go to a family party. plenty of dancing was done.

Friday 12th May 2011

Yippee it's Friday. That means I get to talk to hubby tomorrow on skype, he is working Australia at the moment.

Breakfast - Scrambled egg on toast.

Snack - Wafer thin Ham , Pack of

Tea - Fish pie, cauliflower, broccoli, peas and carrots.
did have a naught pudding though - Mango cheesecake with rasberries and a strawberry.

mmmmmmmmmmmmm it was delish.

need to move more the weekend now to work it off.

Well I am writing this on Friday night as the blog site was down on thursday.

Had a good day, food wise .

Breakfast - cereal

Snack - Bacon as usual

Lunch - Smal boiled rice and chicken

Snack - Fruit ( Strawberries, melon,pineapple)

Tea - Jacket potato , letuce ,cerlery,onion,beetroot sweetcorn.

Drinks - plenty of water, and a couple of cups of tea.

Worked all day then had tea at mom and dads,after that went shopping up Merry Hill, I want a couple of maxi dresses of which they had plenty but the buyers or designers must be thin men as they either have have thin shoestring straps ( which is no good when you have big boobs) or stripes/patterns going round (not flattering for the larger wench) or both, and the material? when did crimpoline come back into fashion, obviously the youngsters didn't have a nan who wore old fashioned dresses made of the stuff. who in their right mind would want a sun dress made of crimpoline, you would cook. Cotton not in fashion then for 2011.

Sorry rant over I will keep searching.

Not a good start to today, Tummy decided to toss and turn so not eaten till late, but planning the rest of the week.

Food Diary 10th May 2011

Breakfast - Oatso Simple Porridge( B choice)

Snack - a Pack of Bacon ( fat off)

Lunch - Homemade Chicken Curry (free food) and plain boiled rice (Free Food)

Snack - 1 pack of thin sliced Ham (Free Food)

Cup of tea with a Digestive biscuit ( will have to look up the syns)

Tea - Leftover Chicken Curry ( Free food)

Day 1

I Started Slimming World in September 2010 , my weight on the night I joined was 20st 1lb.

It was clear in my head that this was going to be my time for loosing weight. I went great guns and the weight was falling off slowly but it was coming off and I was enjoying the cooking and planning.

I am now at 18st 6lb after a few weeks of falling of the plan maybe a little complaicency sets in and I thought a treat wouldn't hurt but I was very wrong. I don't want to go back up to what I was so when my friend Wendy who is also finding it difficult at the moment decided to start a blog and track what she was eating, so, I decided to do the same and we could follow each other and keep ourselves on track.

As I weighed in on Monday and although I had only eaten at home once in over a week I was please I had only put 1lb on, so, this is a new start.
